The Development Finance Corporation is currently seeking bright and highly-motivated applicants for the Pathways Recent Graduates Program. The purpose of the Pathways Recent Graduates Program is to provide recently graduating students with an entry-level developmental experience designed to lead to a civil service career in the Federal government.
This position is part of the US International Development Finance Corporation, Office of Administration, Human Resources Management Division (HRM). The incumbent serves as human resources specialist and is responsible for assisting senior level HR specialists in providing guidance and consultation to agency employees, former employees, annuitants, survivors, and eligible family members regarding Federal and DFC specific wellness and benefits programs.
