To support our expansion into AI-driven solutions, we are seeking talented individuals to join our AI department, where you will help us harness cutting-edge technologies to enhance our design processes and improve client experiences. 

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative AI Engineer to join our team. The primary goal of this position is to build a database and connect it to a large language model (LLM) for ease of access to information. This solution will be used internally and offered to our existing client base. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in systems design, a passion for AI, and the technical skills to deploy and fine-tune AI models. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement AI models that support various aspects of interior design and other business solutions.
• Build and connect databases to LLM applications for information accessibility.
• Create intelligent solutions using different AI models such as ChatGPT, Kimi, Claude, and Gemini.
• Apply prompt engineering and large language model fine-tuning techniques.
• Deploy local large language model (LLM) applications.
• Integrate retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) technologies.
• Collaborate with team members to design AI-driven solutions that enhance our business processes.
• Provide direct feedback to influence the future direction of our AI projects through open communication and a flat hierarchical structure.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and related technologies.

Job Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of the internet and its applications.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong interest in utilizing different AI models.
• Solid foundation in system design principles.
• Expertise in prompt engineering or large language model fine-tuning.
• Familiarity with deploying local LLM applications.
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation technologies.
• Experience in working with or building SQL databases is desirable.

Additional Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic team environment.
• Previous experience in the interior design industry is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
