Assistant Prosecutor, in the Civil Division

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
► Providing legal advice to Clark County elected officials and their offices on a wide variety of issues.
► Providing legal advice to elected officials and other employees of the Townships located in the County.
► Reviewing contracts from Clark County offices and departments.
► Helping County and Township offices with employment issues and compliance with public records laws.
► Initiating and defending against litigation in courts and administrative agencies, on behalf of County and Township officials.
►This position does not have a felony caseload in criminal court.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?
► Be admitted to practice law in Ohio—if you just passed the bar exam, you are encouraged to apply.
