Intern-Financial/Accounting Analyst

Our healthcare starts up is focused company needs an Intern-Financial/Accounting Analyst who can provide help with our reporting, taxation, book keeping, forecasting and support our client support efforts with our key physician and healthcare accounts to help satisfy the needs of our business. The ideal applicant will have an organized and creative mindset that drives him or her to drill down into financial details. This is a roll up your sleeves and do what it takes opportunity. If you have a background in Accounting, Finance, or Economics majors only (undergrad) and have the skills necessary to fulfill the obligations of a clients in a fast pace organization, we want to hear from you.
Overview:
WINTER/SPRING 2025, Healthy Amplified (HA) serves to drive adoption of our 510K Cleared Medical Device sold as a software to primary care physicians, hospitals groups, and healthcare partnerships. We feature CANTAB ™ Clinically Validated Neuroscience Software that tests for ADHD, PTSD, Alzheimer's, Dementia, and Depression. Now that we've been around since 2016– we need help getting our financial reporting and accounting processes in place for our associated companies and also financial reporting help with our physicians and health system clients.
Requirements/Preferences:
- Must be a declared Finance, Accounting, or Econ Majors only
- 2nd Semester Freshmen (only), Sophomore, Juniors Undergraduates-ONLY
- Must be able to speak English as a primary or secondary language fluency
- Able to work autonomously up to 5 hours MAX per week (PART TIME)
- Previous direct experience with QUICKBOOKS bookkeeping software; preferred.
- Basic/Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Must have at least a 3.0
