As a Mission Staff Member, you'll commit to living alongside mothers and their babies, offering emotional support and advocacy, and contributing to daily house operations. Responsibilities:
- Advocacy & Support
- Provide continuous advocacy, mentorship, and emotional support to resident mothers
- Embrace community activities, including prayer, community dinners, and house outings
- Daily Operations
- Assist in managing the house's daily activities, such as babysitting, transporting mothers to appointments, contributing to meals, and enforcing rules to create a safe and stable environment
- Provide daytime and overnight house coverage by answering the phone, welcoming guests/visitors, offering tours, and receiving donations
- Community Management
- Model essential life skills to mothers, such as time management, goal setting, and prioritization
- Address and resolve interpersonal conflicts using healthy conflict-resolution skills

Benefits:
- Stipend: $1,500/month
- Free room and board, with access to community food and donations
- Monthly reimbursements in addition to the stipend:
- Health insurance: $300/month health insurance plan of your choice
- Mental Health Counseling: $130/month
- Cell phone: $25/month
- Vehicle use for day-off
- Vacation days: 24 days/year, in addition to 1 weekly day off
- Education award: up to $5,000/year for past or current schooling upon completion of a year of service
