I enjoyed the aspect of diversity. There were people from every part of the bay, ranging from my age to young adult. It's a great chance to be around people with similar interests as you to further build your network.
What I wish was different
I wish I had an opportunity to learn more about radio more so behind the scenes.
Advice
One piece of advice: always ask questions. It's better to ask rather than pretending you know what you're doing and fumble. It's not a good representation of who you are, so instead just bite the bullet and speak up. Something I am working on everyday.
